Samples Policy

It's so disappointing to open your brand new box of merch only to discover that it's not quality you were expecting, or the color is off, or maybe they're a little small or larger than expected. That's why we not only offer samples, we ENCOURAGE them.

We have several of our most popular giveaways, t-shirts, caps and other items in house for customers to stop by and see in person. However, with thousands of options available, we’re unable to stock every style, color, and brand onsite.

ARE SAMPLES FREE?

Unfortunately not. If the supplier offers the sample for free or at a discounted price, we will pass that along to you. The same for shipping costs. Think of it as insurance; on a large order, it's a small price to pay. But the good news is that you may be eligible for a credit for them! See below.

SAMPLE ORDERS

All sample and shipping costs must be paid up front. Samples are random and not custom printed. However, we do offer custom printed samples, called, "pre-production samples" for an additional charge. 

SAMPLE CREDITS

If you move forward with the order, some or all of your sample costs may be credited toward your final invoice. Credit amounts are determined based on the size and scope of the final order.

RETURNS / REFUNDS

Some samples may be eligible for return to our supplier, however, return shipping charges and supplier restocking fees may apply.
